| i spent over 2 weeks on this sculpture. They are the
most difficult dolls I have ever sculpted. They are
permanently attached. They cannot be separated. The
centaur: He is about 7" wide and 9" high. He
is completely hand sculpted over a VERY strong wire armature.
Even the horse part is hand sculpted. Face features are hand painted.
He has Hazel painted eyes. Tibetan mohair hair. His sun
kissed skin has been highlighted with oil paints to bring
out the details. The horse part is also hand painted in many
shades of darks and black.
Fairy: Her face features are hand painted. Tibetan
hair. Her wings are
detachable , iridescent and completely hand made.
Belive me when I tell you this...they look A LOT BETTER
IN PERSON. This pictures don't make justice. This is one of
the most romantic pieces I have ever done. |
